Welcome to Bold Parish Council

With a population of approximately 3000, Bold is a civil parish, part of St Helens Metropolitan Borough. The parish council was established in 1913 and covers a mainly rural area to the south east of the town of St Helens. There are two main residential conurbations which include New Bold and Clock Face with two smaller hamlets of Bold Heath and Rosehill.
